Psychological harassment (mobbing) at workplace means systematic intimidation, humiliation, or exclusion of an employee. Turkish Labor Law grants important rights to mobbing victims.

A mobbing victim employee should first document their experiences and collect witness statements. The employer has an obligation to prevent psychological harassment against employees in the workplace.

The employee can terminate the employment contract with just cause against mobbing and claim compensation. Additionally, a moral damages lawsuit can also be filed.
